Who we are
Accord is a trading name of Rivon Group Ltd, company number 14744686. We are the controller of the personal data described here, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC257285. For anything about your data, write to hello@accordlondon.com.
What we collect
- When you send us a message: your name, email address and message, and your company and how you heard of us if you tell us.
- When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you add to the booking.
- When you visit: counts of visits, pages and the actions taken on them. These are measured without cookies, and nothing in them identifies you.
- When you send a message, your IP address is checked to keep the form from being misused. We do not keep it.
Why, and on what basis
We use what you send us only to reply and to continue the conversation you started. We count visits to understand which pages are useful. Both rest on our legitimate interests, which we weigh against yours. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.
People we contact
We sometimes contact people at companies we think we can help, by email or on LinkedIn. To do that, we use your name, role, company and work contact details, taken from public sources such as LinkedIn and your company's website, and from business contact data providers. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests, and only about work. If you would rather we did not contact you, tell us: we will stop, and keep only what we need to make sure we do not contact you again.
Who holds it for us
- Vercel, which hosts this website, runs its analytics and protects the contact form.
- Resend, which delivers messages from the contact form to us.
- Google Workspace, which holds our email and calendar.
Each acts only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Some of them process data in the United States, under the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep messages, bookings and the details of people we contact for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Our visit counts hold no personal data.
Your rights
You have the right:
- to see the data we hold about you;
- to have it corrected or deleted;
- to restrict or object to how we use it, including our visit counts, which you can switch off on our cookie notice;
- to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere;
- to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
We reply to every request within one month.
