We use AI to help people do their best work, and we hold it to the same standard as anything else we put our name to. This page sets out the principles behind every engagement.
Your data stays yours
We use your data only for the work you have asked us to do. It is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. We work with leading providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, on business terms that keep it that way, and each tool sees only the data its task needs.
A person behind every output
People make the decisions in your business, not AI. One of us reviews and approves everything we deliver before it reaches you, and the systems we build keep your team in charge of the decisions that matter.
Built to be understood
We build systems your team can follow: what they do, why they do it, and how to check them. Your team can run and change everything we hand over.
Tools chosen with care
We work with a small set of established tools, and we add a new one only once we have checked how it handles data. Where your data is held, which tools it passes through and when it is deleted are agreed with you and written into your contract.
What you own
What we build for you is yours.
