We work inside our clients' businesses, so we hold ourselves to the standard we would expect of anyone working inside ours. Security is part of how we work every day, not a separate task.
How we work
We keep our devices and accounts protected and up to date, and each of us has access only to what our work needs.
Your systems
When we work in your systems, we use the access you give us, on your terms, and only for the work we have agreed.
Incidents
If your data or systems may have been affected, we tell you promptly and work with you until it is resolved.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security weakness in our website or systems, write to hello@accordlondon.com. We do not offer rewards, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.
Review
We review this policy every year, and whenever how we work changes.
